duplicates the OE box except for the intake which is a 4" opening compared to the
stock 3" opening. Combined with the correct fuel mixture and performance
exhaust, this high flow air box will give you more horse power. I noticed a
considerable power increase with this unit installed. Your stock air filter will not
work with this box but UM does offer a K&N re-usable filter to go along with it. They
also offer a lid made of a virtually water-proof nylon material for those that ride in
wet conditions. You desert or dune riders can run it without a lid. Either way and
you still get maximum air flow. You will need to re-jet your carburetor with a larger
